You are completely right , This is what people who voted Brexit don't understand. The EU traded as one super block and we got all the advantages of that. The UK trading alone is a much much smaller market and will get far poorer deals. But still it will mean all those foreigners won't be able to...
Pretty much of a non story, what I find more of an issue is the so called "independent" reviewers preaching about how whiter then white they are.
I mean Jay's video was just pure ass gravy trying write off tens of thousands of pounds worth of GFX cards given to him as one way transaction in...
The 3090 is still not a good option unless you don't care about the cost, The 6900XT just doesn't make sense in any situation it's certainly not worth it over a 3080 or 6800XT and if you have money to burn why would you buy it over a 3090 and lose out on DLSS and Raytracing as well as a poorer...
Well Fortnite must extremely poorly optimised because a game like Control at 4K with Raytracing on gets far more FPS than 13 so you're using a poor example, also who would play a competitive shooter with Raytracing on when FPS means everything.
If were honest the best option is 3070 + DLSS, then it's an even toss up between the 6800XT and the 3080 and if you have big pockets the 3090. The 6900XT doesn't really seem to be a very good option, it doesn't really justify itself price wise over 6800XT or 3080 and if you have the money why...
55c at full load with standard fan curve so would be about 55-60% fan speed, the card idles at 23-24c. It runs a lot cooler than the Zotac AMP Extreme 1080Ti it replaced.
I'm sure it will run hotter in the summer but compared to previous FE/Reference Nvidia cards this cooler is extremely good...
Imagine imagining an imaginary GPU being available on an imagined release date made with imaginary available chips and not imagining this imagined card having a paper launch and only being available in 3-4 months afterwards. Just imagine that.
Those leaks are as about convincing as your attempt to insult me. Why would I be worried or alarmed? I know the whole point of your original post was to try and aggravate people buying a 3090. Even if we believe the "rumours" of a 3080Ti there is not even a slightest chance of it being...
The 3080Ti is not coming in January if at all and the rumours it's based are not very convincing and makes no sense for Nvidia commercially, what MAY come is a 3080 20gb SKU.
Well based on this it won't, The slides AMD showed us for the 6900XT had RAGE and SAM on and when you factor in the obvious over inflation in performance it will fall short. Also thinking that a 6900XT will be available for £999 is cute.
Well AMD are no where close with Ray Tracing and when Nvidia patch in their version of SAM I think Nvidia will still be on top, Also I don't see Nvidia dropping a 3080Ti on us after this
Not looking great for OCUK's rep atm, Competing stores getting stock of the more popular cards and the cards OCUK are getting in stock are being priced gouged to a point that why would you buy one
This is all off the back of the rumoured "Super" refresh which has been going around since the 3080 launch. Nvidia have already scrapped the idea of a 20gb card in confirmed leaks
