    Headset top dust cap

Thanks guys but as per my original post - “(I’m talking of the top cover which sits above the top bearings and below the headset spacers).” It isn’t the top cap I’m referring to.

    Headset top dust cap

(I’m talking of the top cover which sits above the top bearings and below the headset spacers). I have the default dust cap which came with my headset but would like to use a slightly smaller diameter one which I have spare already. The smaller cap appears to be ever so slightly smaller in...

    Corsair SF750 manufacturing fault?

Browsing the sffpc subreddit there appears to be relatively large numbers of failing SF750’s being reported. It appears this may be restricted to certain batch numbers but if you have one it might be worth checking further, I have one in one of the “bad” batches and have emails the Corsair guy...

    New brake question

The new bike-build continues... I now need to get a single brake - Shimano, rear with a left hand lever. Looking at all the kits the rear brakes seem to come with right hand levers. Will I have to buy the calliper, lever and hose separately to achieve this?

    Steerer /bar cutting

I’m building up a DJ bike as a little project and taking the opportunity to learn about bikes as I do it. I’m at the stage where I need to cut my fork steerer tube and while I’m at it trim my handlebar width. Is there a compelling reason to get the Park tools hacksaw or will a normal hacksaw...

*** The Official Elite: Dangerous Thread ***

Now that would have been fantastic addition. I frequently think about re-loading the game for another stint...but then remember the awful grind and get on with my life

Recommend me some games for 11 year old son

My son is sinking a lot of time into PvZ Garden Warfare 2 and PvZ Battle for Neighbourville and he’s pretty picky about games.

    Sprocket replacement

My google-fu is failing me on this one. Can you easily change the sprocket on any single speed hub or is it not always possible? I'm thinking specifically of an Octane One SS Pro if that helps.

US: **The Walking Dead Season 10 - Contains Spoilers - No future content to be discussed **

Whilst I understand maybe the half-and-half face mask that Beta has now adopted signalling a new dual Alpha / Beta personality, how cool would it have been if he had gone with a full-on Alpha mask instead. And c'mon Carol, don't be such a douche and desert Negan after the risk he took.

    Nuc or Tiny pc

Opted in the end for an Optiplex 5070 micro with 4c i3 cpu from the bay, the price of Nucs at the moment is crazy and the money saving will get me the ram on the micro maxed out.

    ESXI and hyperthreading

If setting up a simple homelab and use esxi, is there any difference to be aware of between using a 2 core cpu with hyperthreading and a 4 core without?
