I had considered the OCZ ModXStream 600w but settled on the Corsair because of its 7 year warrenty and power from 1 rail. However I don't really know if power from split rails is any less effective? I'm not really sure what that means

Depends where you rent your TS from If its Multiplay then they let you swap from TS2 to TS3 or even Mumble as much as you like.

I did say that I'm considering 64 bit, as I am aware that 32 bit wont even use 4 gig. But that is neither here nor there as my original question was will it work in my board or wont it.

I'm currently only running XP 32 bit but am considering 64 bit. Main use for this rig is gaming with the likes of AA3 & ARMA 2 being the most recent. You may be right that the difference between 4 and 8 is negligable but at current prices why not :)
