Thanks M$. This patch killed shared folders on a bunch of servers. Easy fix (restart relavant services) so no big deal. Had a fair few panicked phone calls this morning :rolleyes: Dunc

I would imagine that the vmware tools would do the trick. I know that under windows you can synchronise the clock in a vmware session with the hardware clock. I found this link which should be relevant under pretty much any ubuntu distro. Dunc

I am using cruncher's version <2.4_Linux32_kernel_2.6_Intel_SSE3_FIXED> on 3 boxes without any apparent consensus issues. I did check through a bunch of results and didn't find any. Doesn't mean there aren't any tho. My boxes are not overclocked. Dunc
