Currently have 600Mbps with VM package. The past 3-4 weeks my speeds have been capped to no more than 45Mbps wired in during speedtests on all devices including, PC, PS5, PS4. Every so often I hit 600/700Mbps, then dips to capped 45Mbps again. Any ideas? Could this be due to works in the area?
They wanted Halo to be a launch title. Launch for the Xbox is now grim due to it being delayed and a lot of fans wanted it. Everything they have shown so far is all 2021 launch or moody indie titles nobody wants to play.

PS5 will support 4K/60fps with 1440p/120fps I'm guessing. Performance / Resolution settings to be the norm like the later half of the PS4 titles with different preferred options. Either way PS5 is a monster for a console, lets not forget the SSD playing a huge part too. XBOX has already failed...
I have been experimenting with my own DIY custom cooling solutions, decided to grab an old Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo heatsink and attach x2 Wraith Stealth coolers to it. I will be testing the custom cooler this week sometime by running a few Cinebench tests and using Ryzen Master to keep tabs...
Managed to throw together another RE3 benchmark/comparison video. Messing around with Ryzen 5 3600 + RX 5700 XT Red Devil running at 1080p/1440p/2160p / max settings.
Recorded a play-through on my new Ryzen build. Game runs flawlessly at 1440p. Used MSI Afterburner to grab stats.
Specs:
-AMD Ryzen 5 3600
-MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX
-Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3600Mhz
-PowerColor AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Red Devil (8GB)
-Corsair VS650 650w
B450 MAX has been running very nicely with the 3600 in my missus's new build. I purchased a second B450 MAX for my new build and will be grabbing another 3600, can't complain for the prices atm.
Built the missus her very first build earlier this week. Runs very nicely. Opted for - 3600, B450 MAX, Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 4x8Gb (32Gb), RX 590.
Going to be picking up another 3600 for my new build as the prices atm are very good.
