Will a o2 SIM work in a tesco locked phone?

Thanks, just ordered a Tesco iPhone... so we'll see in a few days once it arrives. There seems to be conflicting advice about this online, so it does probably depend upon the phone.

Will a o2 SIM work in a tesco locked phone?

I've just lost my phone so have been looking for the cheapest iPhone 4, which seems to be on Tesco mobile. As Tesco mobile is a virtual network that uses the o2 network, would an o2 sim card work in a Tesco locked iPhone 4 without unlocking - as they use the same network? Thanks, Alex

    Grrrrrrr HDNL

HDNL are utterly terrible. I understand that there may be a backlog due to the bad weather, however I was shipped something 15 days ago via HDNL and it's yet to arrive. The tracking website says the package has a 48 hour SLA, ha! Delivery hasn't even been attempted. I tried calling a few times...

    jQuery Help

It's the CSS z-index that defines the 'stack order' of elements on the page, nothing to do with the jQuery! Take a look at the z-index: 8; that you've got in your CSS. If it's required for your slideshow to work, then set the z-index of the menu container to be a higher value. Also if any of...

    0845 numbers and menu systems

These voice menus are one of the reasons why I switched my bank account to firstdirect. When you call them you are connected immediately to a human somewhere in Scotland.

    laminate flooring v lino stuff?

I have some really nice laminate in my kitchen and lounge, and good quality lino ('cushion floor') in the bathroom and en-suite. I much prefer the laminate, however it was more expensive. If the lino isn't fitted or cut correctly then it can look a bit naff on the edges.

Anyone know anything about underfloor heating?

Hi, I bought an apartment recently that has underfloor heating installed, I've never really had to use it over the last few months since it's been warm and the apartment is very well insulated, however it's a bit chilly tonight so I thought I'd turn it on and see what it's like and have toasty...

    New virgin card

The Virgin cards have been hacked for years. I assume the new cards add additional encryption around the data held on the card.

    Can you afford to live!

My monthly pay after tax, pension, etc comes to around £1565 pm and I've recently bought a 2-bed apartment that is a lot closer to work (7 miles daily vs. 24 heavily congested miles). I've found that the saving in petrol and toll-road charges alone are equivilent to my daily costs of living...

    washer dryers - any good?

I've recently moved into a flat where there is only room for a washer dryer. Problem is, is that it must be silver (or granite) to match the kitchen units. This seems to limit my options significantly to only a handful of machines, most of which have poor/mixed reviews. Anyone got any...

Checking if a house has a phone line?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but a sort of related question; I'm moving into a new-build flat that has a BT line pre-installed, so it's never been activated. Do I need to pay some sort of connection fee? Virgin isn't available.

V+ on the way - is it possible to install multiroom without an engineer?

Sorry, I have no idea about the self installs. We had the V+ fitted when it first came out and had to be done by an engineer. The existing box was then moved upstairs and continued working (same card, no handshake, etc).

V+ on the way - is it possible to install multiroom without an engineer?

When we had V+ installed, the engineer moved our existing V box upstairs no problems.

New House! Project pics to follow....

Awesome, nice work! I love these threads. I'm currently in the process of buying a new build 2 bedroom flat, which is currently just an empty shell. It's going to be nowhere near as impressive as this transformation, but given that I have no idea what I'm doing, it will certainly be interesting.
