New card no monitors
It looks like a bad card because there’s no reason why a working card would not show up on a working monitor, 3 monitors in this situation. A PCIe 3.0 ×16 graphics card can work on a PCIe 2.0 slot but at a slower speed- Shante

3080TI launching this year $999 with 20GB VRAM
