All i have ever used mine for was data storage. The only app i have installed was for Dropbox.
Definitely looking like Asustor is the best value for money
Interesting. The Asustor kit actually doesn't look too bad for a brand i have never heard of! Might give one of their units a crack before i fully replace my RN312 with larger drives. The 5202 looks decent, though im still only running a 1Gb LAN. I can look at updating my switch in the near...
As title really.
I have a couple of Netgear NAS boxes, a RN312 and a RN102. I have been looking at increasing the capacity of the RN312 from 4Tb to 6Tb and got to thinking that it might be a good opportunity to update the RN102 to something newer and stick the 6Tb drives in the replacement...
Photocopier fixer-upper
Pros
I get to travel in the Australian Outback to get to remote communities, on roads not accessible to most people.
Cons
I have to fix photocopiers
Im using AI Suite. Ive probably made some rookie mistake somewhere along the line, but the fans are originals and the case is coming up on 6 years old.
Happy to do a comparison. Mine were posted today, may take a couple of weeks to get to me
Curious.
I have been looking at the fans on my 750D too. The stock ones wont seem to go above 800rpm even if i set fanspeed to max. I can barely feel any airflow. I have just ordered 3 Noctua NF-A14 fans to replace them
After some reading, it turns out that its an artists impression based on NASA data. Its been done by a guy called Anthony Hearsey.
'This is a 3D visualisation of the fires in Australia. NOT A PHOTO. Think of this a graph. This is made from data from NASA’s FIRMS (Satellite data regarding fires)...
Yeah, im 99% certain that that NASA composite image is fake. There are no bushfires up in Darwin, at least none within the rural area as the NT still performs backburning which the other states dont do enough of. The map Evangelion posted is probably the most accurate.
On the arson side of...
Old thread, sorry. But did you fix this?
I see a mistake in what you wrote. You said you tried to use the ip address of the printer. You meant you tried to use the ip address of the target computer?
Looks to be a DNS issue to me, where your printer isnt resolving the PCs name to an IP...
Whereabouts in Bali are you going?
I would recommend hiring a car (and driver) and go out for a tour of some of the island. Many of the places out of town are far nicer than staying in the city.
I didnt eat any street food while i was there as i didnt want to take the risk, but there are some...
Still working in Darwin, though im not sure if thats of any help to you. Though the first time i did it, i got no street view option. Joined works wifi network and it seemed to work after that, even once i had disconnected. Not sure if i just wasn't patient enough
If its just sockets i would say its going to be a process of elimination. Turn off all the sockets to one room at a time and leave it for a day or so and then repeat with each room. There is no quick solution to this unless you get a sparky in. There is also a possibility that the breaker/rcd is...
These F&F films have more and more outlandish stunts each time. I dont mind these films for a bit of mindless fun, however the continuity errors bugged me so much that it really ruined the film for me. I have no idea how to do spoiler tags, so ill try not to be too specific. 40 hours goes on...
Well it worked for me. Firefox got me off the old version i was running.....and onto Waterfox which works like a charm (thanks for the heads up Orcvader).
I fired my my Firefox (v56) again the other day and its still rooted... i even left it overnight to see if it just needed time. Firefox lost...
You would have though one or more people in Mozilla/Firefox circles would have had a reminder in their calendar to say 'Renew security certificate now or FF will be borked'.
At this stage im guessing that anyone (such as myself) on FF56 or earlier is going to be sol. The fix so far seems to be...
