Thanks for that michaelosmolski. Your message just prompted me to go and check the AMD site for updated gfx drivers. I've now updated to the new amd gfx driver and now got 60hz in Windows as well. Cheers

It runs 4k @ 60hz on the Mac side so I would say yes.
