Alas, if you don't have a full bike licence and you've only just passed for a car, you're pretty much up the creek. Driving without insurance is a minimum of 6 points. You could try and take it to court if and try to plead to retain your licence, but it's in no way guaranteed.

I get where you are coming from, but regardless of the error, you've made a missed payment. They'll likely reverse anything, but they are fully within their rights not to.

If it was no good, you'd send it back in the first place. If it's good enough to use but has problems (hence the 3/5 score), I'd personally leave it up. £5 isn't a huge amount of money in any stretch of the imagination to the point where I wouldn't want to sell myself out.
