Remove the pressure of 'getting a ride in as the weather is nice' and just do some other things. We'll have more good weather, remove the expectation of 'making the most if it' and just go when it fits in and you feel up to it, regardless of what the weather is doing (providing isn't horrific!)...

Haha it came with 12 speed 105 di2. Well changing cranks to 170 which are Ultegra so will be a mix again, with the rest 105 (not a problem!). So have 'new' di2 on this, with 'old' di2 on the other 2 bikes.
