I have trouble with this too. Generally I do a mind map of all the things I think of when I think of them. (Hobbies, Characteristics etc) Leave nothing out. Then hopefully some ideas start coming up.

What're you trying to do? Monitor will be RGB. Printer will be CMYK. Input profile will be sRGB or Adobe RGB (Doubtful). Output profile is Epson IJ Printer 07.icc and is probably in the CMYK colourspace.
