Dell support has been excellent in my experience, for a Vostro laptop and a Inspiron desktop which both developed faults within a week of each other. They came out within a few days and fixed them at my house. Just another opinion for you.

Yup. Ditch the idea that this is supposed to be 'like the games' or faithful to them and just enjoy them for what they are. Zombies, guns, slow-mo sequences and a little sprinkling of details taken from the Resident Evil story.
