Was offered £65 (down from £109) by the value team and an extra mini box and £20 credit for:
Signature
Cinema
Sports
Hd
Multiscreen
And Kids
I took off UHD to bring it down a little but turned it down in the end.
I'm going to give my notice on Monday, the jump to £108 for signature, movies, sports and 4k and no internet/phone etc is the kick in the teeth I needed to leave.
Anyone finding the screen doesn't activate quickly enough once you pull the phone away from your ear to hang up or bring up the keypad? Seems to take maybe a second or two of staring at the phone before the screen fires up so the dialler can be used.
No issues with mine so far, deliberately didn't use smart switch for a full transfer, just my WiFi SSIDs, used the Google account to restore my contacts and the whatsapp backup. Other than that I've reinstalled every other app from the store with a clean slate.
Also haven't had the return pack...
Came into this thread about exactly this and wanting to remap F to middle mouse button. Being a lefty, also with a broken metacarpal, I can't manoeuvre the little finger on my right hand to get to all the fancy keys the righties use. :(
The desk wrap makes all the difference! Where did you get yours from, if you don't mind me asking?
I've wrapped my desk as a test using some white vinyl from Grafityp just to get rid of the 'orangey' office desk look but I think it's a bit on the thin side and not too durable, possibly under...
Many thanks for the responses so far! Looks like CPU will be the Ryzen 3600, seen this model mentioned a lot.
On the motherboard front are Gigabyte fairly solid in terms of reliability (not knocking the choice, genuine query)? Having been with my MSI so long, the impression has set in that they...
You're absolutely right with the upgradability/maintenance aspect of the ATX and so am more in preference of this side. Having been so long since building a system and having this lancool 'beast' on my desks for all these years, the space-saving outside the box a mini-ITX would bring is a big...
Long time lurker looking for a bit of direction so appreciate any help apologies for the long one, just read it back whilst checking it over!
So I have a i5-750 on a MSI P55-GD65, the mobo was from a preorder buy off these very forums in-fact, back in 2009, 16GB of RAM with an OCZ ModXtreme Pro...
Anker are quite good, I had a battery pack which was marinating at the bottom of a rucksack after a can of drink burst on a long journey. I reached out to them to ask how to open it so I could asses the damage and see if I could repair it. They sent me a replacement without question even though...
Have to second this sentiment as a leftie. Had a Razer Copperhead, which was replaced under warranty for a Taipan which I've had for a fair few years now and think it's the mouse that I find most comfortable and 'handle-able'. Been looking these past few weeks for any remaining new stock to keep...
Top man! 452 it is, 512 left too much empty space for me.
Also if anyone has an issue with the call screen flickering when making or receiving a call, you may have to increase the Animator Duration Scale to 0.5x from 0.
It feels as if the dpi has reduced or everything is bigger as part of the Pie update. I've got the smaller to larger slider in display setting set to smallest, yet seems like the status bar and maybe even the nav bar at the bottom of the screen and other elements in menus are larger.
Mine was there for a good 40 mins at least after updating, the progress bar was very slowly increasing but didn't notice when after that point it finished and disappeared.
