I got told the exact same thing today.
After being told last week by Dell CS that i would get a new monitor first and then the old one would get picked up.
I've emailed them.

The table on the right of mine seems to have some bonkers numbers compared to the ones posted so far. Not sure if my numbers means its worse...
Yeah I just changed my background and used a YouTube video where it flicked between the colours. However, Dell make you do the test if there are issues anyway so just mentioning it. :D

Just an update on mine with a dead pixel.
I’ve contacted Dell:
As long as Dell do what they say they are willing to do I’m happy.

In short, Dell are allowing me to keep ahold of my current monitor until a new replacement arrives.

Yeah think it is a dead pixel - will contact Dell but don't want to end up waiting months for a replacement. Fan is audible on mine as well. I did think at one point, is someone dragging a dead body across my drive as it was making a odd whooshing noise. Anyway, gonna test what it can do first.
Aaaaaaaaah crap. I have a stuck pixel on mine right on the top centre of the screen. Only shows on blue, green and white backgrounds.
Gonna try a pixel refresh.

Tho I can’t find the manufacturing date in a sub menu.
However, on the back of the monitor - it says manufacturing date: Feb 2022
Monitors just arrived via DHL :D
Box is in ok condition. Bit of dent/crack on the top of box and some scuffs but as long as the monitor is ok I’m fine.
Got a little annoyed by the delivery driver plonking it down on the ground grr but anyway.

Ah ok that’s the place.
it’s not going to help perhaps but my Syncreon info was like “not received” for ages right up till it got to England. Then changed to an expected delivery date.
Just double checking chap but have tried the tracking button within Dells webpage once you’ve logged in? The tracking hyperlink on mine took me to another page that had another tracking button. Clicked on that and it had a little more info. Might still show you nothing but worth a punt.
