You are very welcome, They are a perfect fit, you just ahve to unscreww one side thread it through and screw the other side back on and that holds it in place.

Nope just a normal fitting don't need any female adaptor just a compression fitting on the side you want to have flexi tubing and a acrylic fitting for the side you want acrylic tubing.
