I too would say my RMA experience with OCUK has been spot on.

Comparing set voltage is futile. We set a offset. ie max SMU can give is 1150mV, if set 1100mV, we set a -50mV offset on whatever SMU deems is right voltage for "load case" and target frequency, based within usual limits. See linked graph. It's decent card, enjoy! :).

True, but for people who may not wanna pay for powerlimit increase via purchase of a higher tier card it's useful :) . Yeah "powertune" will do that at times. If you limit FPS it will also do that.
