What a load of nonsense you guys talk about. No one who ever owned 4k for more than a month has ever worried realistically about maxing a AAA.
I can't max tomb raider 2014 at 4k on a 1080ti.
The imprptant thing to look at is the uplift over the 1080ti which currently sits at 30-40% and will...
He means 1440p 165hz is higher output than 4k, which even now is fairly tepid an idea on high or more settings.
Beyond that the 4770k even at 4.5 probably will not be 165 plus consistently with any background tasks and will be clapped out on aaa ttiles. I would go for 1080ti which is...
Just to say yes it does. I went from 4770k to 1700. today i ran kingdom come on both, avg fps in busy areas on 4770k - 50-70 on 1700 70-100 (realistically 95) ITS A HUGE IMPROVMENT on a 144hz 2k screen. although not limited on the 4k monitor
Look at the website gigabyte have one redeeming feature over most others. They will honour a warranty without proof of purchase using serial number if you say it is lost and it's 3 years from manufacturering date
It's different a bit like a dominoes meteor Vs a real Italian job.
One is loads of candy going bang but each piece is low quality the other skimps a bit but each thing is balanced and high quality.
It might make sense in a couple of genres but I prefer med high 4k to 1080 maxxed.
However i love...
Depends on game I was running 4k on a R9 390. But even on games like smite I had to turn it to medium/high to keep within freesync range. Can you benchmark a game like R6 siege or rottr on medium at native Res (so not even super modern games) and you'll struggle to get over 60. Which is quite...
monitors are a long term investment. You can get good deals sometimes.
There was a b stock here 4k 60 ips gsync for 370 pnce, and I picked up a pre order 144hz 1440p va pannel for 220 recently.
Personally I'd wait for masmass deals and get the best you can because the computer graphics are only...
not really considering the 290 at release of the 780ti was $399 and the 780ti was $700. Even the 290x was $550 at release of 780ti (i know it was much more before the ti hit but then so are the 80s usually.
The 290 in 2014 was compared performance wise to the 770 2gb and 770 3gb with the 3gb...
My evga black went up to 80 degrees under load. I got better airflow and now it is 72 under load. Idles quite low too. My case doesn't even have great intake. Also for reference my boose clock non oc is 1920-1950ish
Two possible issues
Bad airflow
Or
Bad thermal paste application as the cooler...
Because you didn't try. I've always had decent graphics at playable frame rates the only time I didn't was at the start of 4k for me where I ran a R9 390 and played tombr raider reboot on low med. If you get 35fps lows on max youll see around 55fps lows everything high/very high and aa off...
Ryzen APU, 1 stick o ram, psu, some form of storage. fit it all with box cooler on top of a non conductive box and short the power pins with a screwdriver and you're online
yes it is but the FTW3 is 10 cheaper and a better card. the sc2 is very similar and 40 cheaper, get one of those but the SC black was meant to be the most budget one with no RGB and a founders pcb IIRC. FTW3 is top end air card
