OCUK deserve credit for not cancelling pre-orders. They'll be taking a massive hit.
I received my G2 headset within 24hrs of ordering and it paired up well with controllers from the original HP WMR headset. I am able to do everything with them and I am not missing any features. Overall the experience is impressive, amazing clarity and no SDE. This is a keeper.

The contract comes into effect only upon dispatch, until then either party can change terms. The customer has the option to cancel and not enter into the contract if the new terms are not to their satisfaction.
