980Ti is a great card and I have had many come through here from Amp EX to Matrix platinum, but the 1070 is slightly better. It's common knowledge.

Think I fixed it. Disabled usb power saving in power options and so far all good. Fingers crossed.

Sorry for not being more clear. Keyboard, mouse and headset just disconnect for 3 seconds and reconnect. Monitor is good.

Hi. My Gigabyte X99 ultra gaming randomly disconnects and reconnects during gaming. I have updated the bios, reinstalled all drivers, disconnected each usb device to see if I find the issue but no luck. I have also noticed some stutter during gameplay which I'm almost sure was not there...

No I personally can't see it myself. I have a 1600x and 1700x build planned for folks but happy with 6800k in my own system.

After reading this thread it convinced me that more tweaking was needed. Tweaked some more and I'm content with what I have now. Thanks. Would enjoy the wireless mod next if it proves to be good.
