You're not currently CPU bound. The difference between a 3900X and 5900X is meh at best at anything over 1080p. I see you have a 60hz monitor at 4K so your 6900XT doesn't have much room to 'stretch its legs'. Maybe SAM will give you some extra performance in some games so up to you but don't...
