Lol sure.
The Samsung LCD TV I was was decent enough apart from 50hz banding on the backlight.
Plasma had awful image retention and awful pixel colour graduation and shimmering.
Pc monitor dying leds
Adding a sub with a AV system means bass from speakers is directed to sub typically <80hz.
Not sure about Sonos junk
As for speech being hard to hear use dialogue enhance mode.
A good remote with PC programmability, renaming, put macros wherever you like, is a great thing to have in complex system
Power on and power off macros, direct input codes, delays, macros for each activity, all power on and all power off macro etc
You can't use power as a that sort of choice for a decision. Doesn't work that way, plus the whole thing with SB and PB, ie PB 250W gives you several dB advantage.
I'd try and get the best single sub as you can now (without overspending insane amount, so a second is still acceptable to buy)...
Flatten response, increases output, lowers distortion, more even spread of sound over multiple seats. Having two 15" THX Ultra subs is freaking scary when cranked up. I reckon I've probably got 18db ish of subwoofer headroom.
Going to three subs was nuts.
Front wides is going from 7 to 9 floor speakers. They go between the fronts, and sides.
9.2.4 is a lot of speakers, you're going from nothing to pretty much speakers what I have in one go.
Either increase your budget, get cheaper speakers, or get fewer channels. There's second hand but...
Check which ones are single and pair. Think you've placed too many into basket.
