Issue resolved had to update to F11N,

Need to update my Aorus Master z390 bios figured it out hopefully.

Done the VBIOS update, Game driver is the latest. Disabled CSM however when I do that I can't see the UEFI option in my bios. Disk is also GPT everything is ok however still showing as "NO" on the nvidia control panel any ideas please?
