Apparently the newest nvidia drivers are causing some people no end of problems as well. Might be worth looking into, rolling back a few updates to a more stable version is advised. The nvidia forums tell you the best version to use atm. Stutters in most games has been a common problem for many.

Yeah very strange, that is exactly what I did. Used the gamepass app to just move the install, it seems speed is not the fix but moving the game itself is. I wonder if Jono8 has tried to just move the install just to see if moving the files simply fixes it.

Regarding the track going black I had the same issue on my old 500gb Evo Sata SSD. I transfered the game to my 2tb SN770 nvme and the track is completely fixed after 3 hours of gaming.

That frame generation is insane. I got a cheap 4070ti from my m8 so built a pc around that. 60 to 90 fps with 4k and everything maxed apart from the psycho settings. The 4070ti from what I was reading was pretty much a 2k card but that frame generation turns it into a 4k card.

Think that was me and you are welcome. The game is amazing and has some really good mods as well. One that I would recommend is Sector Satellites.

This is in pretty much all their games, it also allows you to steal stuff without being seen.
