having gone through a lot of fuss with my agility 3 I can say that your speeds are very good for sata 2 I dont get those sorts of writes speeds one the "fastest ssd ever ever ever" so id be chuffed to bits. the nice thing is that when you upgrade to sata 3 you will probably double your speed...

just to update everyone .. firmware 2.11 is out. and as for speeds its just seems you need to use the right setup , crystalmark with all 1's or 0's gets 240mbps+ on up and down. real world windows speeds however copying a film to the drive will top out at 60/70mbps while pulling data from it...
