Only fair I say kudos to OcUK CS who, after a bumpy start, finally worked this out for me. Merry Christmas one and all and so happy to be able to continue spending my hard earned cash with overclockers.

Hi all, not going to bore you all with the history of this, but to summarise - bought a motherboard along with a load of other stuff from ocuk, psu and motherboard went bang on first build, sent back psu and mb and got a rma psu but told 'bent pins' on the motherboard meant no replacement there...

Motherboard is a msi b760, and not a single thing came on, simply dead. Switched back to my previous motherboard and no problems. Really worried its taken components with it now. Edit - just tested the gpu and it works so that's a positive.

Nothing, brand new, first time powered up. Seems to have buggered the motherboard, or the motherboard buggered the PSU.

Nope all new parts, only thing I re-used was the phanteks case. Removing the motherboard and plugging the old psu in to see if i can get power.

At the top-end VR mostly, flight sims like Il2/DCS and maybe some MSFS. Also some FPS which tend to be a little heavy on the cpu/card - Tarkov, modded skyrim and of course Starfield if its any cop.

Will be reusing case and M2 SSD.

Tried to get back into this, but still not over the burnout from the last patch. Cannot face the slog to forty and bitcoin factory again, maybe next wipe.

Got a 3080FE this week for 650, was lucky I happened to be on my phone at the exact moment they dropped. Stil, hopeful this is a sign of things easing.
