How does the 13" MBP look in scaled display mode (1440x900 say)? I'm interested in getting one, but worried I'd be losing usable screen area from my 13" Air, which is 1440x900 native, rather than 1280x800 (equivalent).

AFAIK, it's the ability to send snapshots to and from ZFS hosts, including the ability to send incremental updates to those snapshots.

I added a single 4GB stick of ECC, so there's 6. I'll replace the 2GB with a 4GB when it needs it.

What was your problem with ZFS performance? And how was it configured?

I'm using ZFS on Ubuntu to avoid the need for a RAID controller (and other advantages too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZFS)
