    Any good dual sim options?

Look into Lenovo A820 or A830 for a little more, slight issue is that you will have to import but I'd say its worth it for just over £100 for quad core, IPS screen and dual sim.

The same tariff is available for £11.90 at the warehouse phone place, they are offering to beat networks by 10% Also, T-mobile have really gone downhill especially with regards to data connections, mine is so bad I have been allowed to leave contract without penalty.

I believe HTC have 2 years warranty on phones. You can try T-Mobile first but failing that get in touch with HTC UK by all accounts they are very good with warranties

Silverstone Sugo SG01B-F - owners opinions? pictures?

Have had both the Sugo & the Lian Li, personally I found build quality to be much better on the Lian Li but the sugo is slightly easier to install components. Lian Li for me all the way :)

    BFG RMA question

No point sending anything without an RMA number first, send BFG an email & they will most likely reply with the correct procedure, inc shipping addys.

    RMA returned item gone wrong?

Seems unbelievable what this particular retailer is doing, if bought with credit card get in touch with them & get them to sort it out, start chargeback proceedings, you have given them the chance to sort it out.
