Look into Lenovo A820 or A830 for a little more, slight issue is that you will have to import but I'd say its worth it for just over £100 for quad core, IPS screen and dual sim.
The same tariff is available for £11.90 at the warehouse phone place, they are offering to beat networks by 10%
Also, T-mobile have really gone downhill especially with regards to data connections, mine is so bad I have been allowed to leave contract without penalty.
I believe HTC have 2 years warranty on phones.
You can try T-Mobile first but failing that get in touch with HTC UK by all accounts they are very good with warranties
Have had both the Sugo & the Lian Li, personally I found build quality to be much better on the Lian Li but the sugo is slightly easier to install components.
Lian Li for me all the way :)

Can confirm Evga europe are rude & quite bad, never buy an Evga thinking the warranty is worth extra.
Have been few reports with RMAs that dust is not covered under the warranty & thats to blame.
Stay clear.
As I'm sure as many have said BFG is the company to go with but unfortunately...
Only 14 days warranty on B-Grade & its 50/50 if you will get a complete card with all the bits.
Not much of a saving from new to justify the risk & esp when a Powercolor 4870 1GB can be bought for £109.99 brand new from ocuk :)
Edimax EW-7728In works with all 32bit & 64bit systems, including vista 32 & 64.
Also the BlueNEXT BN-WD54G usb wireless adaptor is another I can highly recommend to work with all windows OS
Found Windows7 to be great as it has most if not all my latest drivers built in, be sure to run an...
