If there is any slight difference in what you've paid vs what you owe then it'll be taken care of by an adjustment in your tax code for next year, so no, they won't be chasing you. Chances are it'll be spot on though - as you earn more, they take more tax, hence Pay As You Earn, PAYE ;)

You don't pay any tax on dividends. The money has already been taxed at corporation tax rates when the company earned it (or rather when they made profit).
