I agree its most liely the psu. Have you had a look to see how your rails are when under load? You can use speedfan to graph the 12v rail while gaming and have a look when you finish to see if its dropped. If it has its a sure sign of an overloaded PSU.

I think you'd struggle to get it stable as the timings and voltages are quite different between them. Overclocking would be well out of the question as the 2 modules will behave differently

Probably do the hard drive then, as that isnt enough money to do the graphics properly. Any hard drive you buy now can always be a secondary if you get another bigger one in the future. When will you have more money to do the graphics?

what do you use the system for? If you do any gaming at all then the graphics card is the thing to upgrade. The hard drive could do with being a lot bigger too

I presume you burned the iso to the cd using image burning, rather than just making a data cd with the iso file on it. Something has definately gone wrong, ntldr is a windows file linux doesnt use so you're definately not booting to linux. Common cause of ntldr errors is that the windows...
