Sounds like the motor itself is still working then, but perhaps the pump impellers have come adrift. Without a flow meter in the loop the only way to be sure would be to disconnect it from the system to physically test the outlet for flow.
If it was idling like you say, then to me that temperature seems very high. Have you made sure the card can cool properly, all fans working, that it's not clogged?

You know, thinking about it. What is probably worth a shot is using msi afterburner & rivatuner whilst you're playing. They'd give you onscreen monitoring of what's doing what and hopefully some good insite to what the problem is. Plenty of "How to use / set up" vids on you tube if you've never...
