You could try looking at Draytek as they have a few models around that price.
It's a bit more but I have used the Draytek 2820n succesfully on a site about triple the size of the one you are proposing. The site also has a Draytek 2600 which also works flawlessly. :D

Other than the broken banner it looks very similarly broke in FF3 and IE6 to me.

I love the game. It's a refreshing change from other FPS's, good replay value and mods with a deep atmosphere that is so rare in FPS's. It does have some bugs so you may find yourself saving lots. Here's hoping Clear Sky exceeds in all the places SOC missed a beat.

That is the question with ATI at the moment. Damn them for making the 48** such damn good value. I guess in 6 months if there's no sign of movement on ATI drivers then I can always pop in a 260/280.

Most good email clients will let you manage reasonable size mailing lists and import contact lists from csv files.
If you want real big lists that your users can subscribe/unsubscribe then I guess something like Majordomo may be worth looking at. Also there is a free version of LISTSERV but...
