you are going to struggle need twice that budget for an all new machine. Probably looking for a really cheap second hand dell box with an i7-4790 in it and then buy a GTX1650 but its not something i've done before personally, others on here may be able to give advice

fortnight doesn't need much, you could simply chuck a 1050Ti in that machine and get over 60fps
