Living in Godalming you're not far from where I live.
We've done a fair few of the walks from this website:

Might give you some ideas of where to go.
Finished watching this yesterday, it was good but not great. Pointless comparing it to BOB.
I think for me, like others have said, I struggled to connect with any of the characters and I think it was poor in that regard. I get that the nature of sending up people and most of them never comes...

Morning all, I've been watching this over the past week, got two more episodes to go but thoroughly enjoying it so far.
If you're interested in 20th century history I'd highly recommend it.

Norovirus it truly horrible.
Had it about 8 years ago. Christmas day, family round for dinner in our old little house. Mrs G got it first spent the entire day in the toilet exploding out of both ends. I tried to keep the Christmas day going but in the end both Grandmothers stepped up and ran...

Even when I was using Adobe I would estimate that 90-95% of my work was in Lightroom and 5-10% in Photoshop. So far I've not found myself needing or wanting Adobe and I switched years ago.
I think a lot of people could save themselves an awful lot of money switching away from Adobe.
