I’m using MS Outlook from past 8 years in Home as well as Office. Every time I faced the different issue, I don’t understand why Microsoft is not fixing all these issues permanently. Yesterday, my PST file got corrupted. I can’t send and receive any mail. I’m getting frustrated with this issue...
I have also faced the same issue a few months ago. But still not found any solution. I have lost all my bookmarks which I have saved from last 3 years. I have saved very crucial data. I don't know how to recover again. Now I'm saving the same bookmark on 2 different Gmail account.
Sometimes issues present in our audio drivers & audio system. So try to install the audio driver again. If it doesn't work then use 3rd party software. I already installed 3rd party software (free of cost) and increase my system volume.
I think you can check online tool free of cost who can easily detect your pc configuration and check pc issues as well. Through this, you can easily sort out your system issues.

I like Google Chrome it is better than other browsers. Chrome is lighter than other ones. And Microsoft Edge is heavier. When I want to open heavy websites like government websites then I prefer Edge or Explorer.
I'm also facing the same issue during Windows patch update. I think there is some glitch in Windows 10. Most users are facing the same issue. You post this problem on Windows official problem. Maybe an expert will provide a better answer.
According to me, you should go for paid antivirus software like Avast but I wouldn't prefer Norton because it's too heavy. After installing antivirus change all password immediately and if possible reinstall Windows again.
I already have done the mistake to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10. I have faced so many issue like automatically reboot, hang & son on in Windows 10. According to me, you should stay at Windows 7.
According to me, you can go for HMA. This is one of the best and old VPN available on the internet. There are so many features available on this software but one feature which I like is you change IP according to Country, state, and city as well. But it's costly.
I also used MS Outlook. But I have not found any automatic way to take backup. I think you can take backup on regular basis. There are third party software are available but these are not safe and very costly also.
