    i hit 170kg Deadlift!!!! 7 months in training hypertrophy too. 200kg by end of the year is the goal! edit:during a cut ive gone from 110-170kg dead in 8 weeks. time to bulk and become a beast

    Hi guys, This is my 5 months progress. 5 weeks into a cut now losing around 1kg a week. 3 lifting session 2 cv sessions and lots of walking every day. 10k steps+ and 2100 cals which will be dropped down further in the coming weeks as i get closer to the end of the cut which will be 12 weeks...

    i think its your big frame while still being quite lean which makes you look quite good as that's what a lot of people want. Most people who train look like twigs with clothes on haha.

    Hi, Thanks for the feedback i will definitely be working on this for my next 1rm test in a few months. This test was after 5 sets of 8 85kg so i was fatigued already. i think i have a cleaner one in the bag in the future as i have nice slow controlled reps usually. Thanks again Mate :)

    yeah i am gonna try it again in a few months without the bounce and see what i can do. Think my arse came up a bit as well for a second which i can change. I am happy with it thought since i only started training around the end of February. Now my goals are to rep 100kg by the end of the year...
