Can you go to C:\Windows\Minidump, grab all the files you see there, zip them up and host them somewhere so I can download and take a look at them

How many passes of memtest did you do? Usually you wanna do at least 8 passes to rule out any issues. Can you grab your minidump files and zip them up? They're usually located at C:\Windows\Minidump. Zip them up and whack them somewhere for me to download and I can try and diagnose. No promises...

Ooh that's not good. Just so you know, if a replacement motherboard doesn't fix it then it mayyyy be your CPU. I had a problem similar to this and it turned out the CPU was fried (verified by replacing practically every component, and nothing fixed it until the cpu was replaced).
