Really keen on getting my hands on the FreeSync version of this, seems to tick all the right boxes!

    9700K Overheating Issues

Got my AVX offset to -2 whilst only having to increase my VCore at 1.24V. Seems stable in OCCT CPU:Linpack 2019, Intel Burn Test and AIDA 64 tests. Now just to run a long burn test...

    9700K Overheating Issues

I’ve actually managed to reduce my VCore to 1.24V since yesterday, still stable at 4.9GHz and now not overheating with the Linpack test. Now slowly reducing the AVX offset, let’s see if I can get it back to 0!

8Pack super fast smash the rest i5 Skylake Overclocked, Discounted killer GAMING bundle.

Just in case anyone else is wondering; I just got off the phone with OcUK Tech Support and their answer is basically "send a message to 8 Pack". So if you have an issue, and you can't get a response... You're stuck, a bit like I am currently.

8Pack super fast smash the rest i5 Skylake Overclocked, Discounted killer GAMING bundle.

Wow.. Thought I'd try reloading the i54400.cmo profile... Bad idea clearly. Ran Stress Test for about 15mins, black screen and then the system wouldn't load back into Windows again, would just get to the loading circle and freeze. Reinstalled the latest BIOS from ASUS, set to defaults and am...

8Pack super fast smash the rest i5 Skylake Overclocked, Discounted killer GAMING bundle.

Nope. Not stable at all... Ran RealBench stress test for all of about 3-5 mins before it died. Any ideas? Also, checked the memory divider, and nope, it's all good @ 2608MHz

8Pack super fast smash the rest i5 Skylake Overclocked, Discounted killer GAMING bundle.

8Pack, I just got this bundle for a friend and am in the midst of setting it all up now. I've installed the 050 BIOS and then loaded your i54400.cmo profile. However, this morning (1st day) it came up with an Overclock Failed warning. I checked the settings against the screenshots on the first...

    Eizo Foris FS2735 - 27", IPS, 1440p, 144hz, Blur Reduction, Freesync

I would argue exactly that... I could go onto the Steam stats analyse them and draw from them that everyone wants to run Windows 7, wants to have 8GB of RAM or better yet, wants to have an Intel HD Graphics 4000. Seriously? I don't think so. Put a poll out now for what people WANT to have in a...

    Eizo Foris FS2735 - 27", IPS, 1440p, 144hz, Blur Reduction, Freesync

Nobody wants 1080P anymore, well... hardly anyone! 1440P is just enough of an increase to make viewing much more pleasureable and yet, not *that* much harder to drive in terms of GFX.

    Eizo Foris FS2735 - 27", IPS, 1440p, 144hz, Blur Reduction, Freesync

Owch. Well that blow hurt like a kick to the groin. If that's true Baddass, that's really bad news for all of us. I wonder if there is anything else coming soon that might take it's place?

    BenQ XL2730Z Freesync Owners Thread

I've got to say Falkentyne, that monitor does look damn nice! However what are Eizo like as a monitor manufacturer? I've never owned any of their monitors before, are they focused on high-end solutions or have I just been living under a rock for the last few years!? Also, what makes you think...

    BenQ XL2730Z Freesync Owners Thread

Thanks for the responses guys! So if I were looking for a low-latency gaming monitor, with Freesync and a "standard" 16:9 resolution, is this the best one to get? I know the ASUS is also around and that it's an IPS panel but suffers from backlight bleed much more so than this (or so it...

Can someone in-the-know summarise this thread, and basically state the current pro's and con's of this monitor? Is it still a wise purchase?

Bought 34" Samsung Ultra-Wide with a cluster of bad pixels - refused RMA

Sorry to hear you've clearly been given a dud there Earlof, your video clearly shows that it's something *in* the panel, not dead pixels or some-such. OcUK should take it back and send it back to Samsung as it's obviously a manufacturing defect. Hopefully you'll have another go, :)

Microphone Battle: Blue Yeti vs Editors Keys SL600

Thanks, Twst. And Cerberus, all I can say is that it sounds better with the -10dB pad on, and the gain dial in the 50%-70% zone, rather than the -10dB off, and in the 30%-50% zone. I thought it might be to do with how the gain is handled; a lot of gain switches seem to have a "sweet spot" if...
