Well i think its simply a oil seal has gone as the oil is spilling out, no damage to the casing so ill give them a shout, thanks for the info. i dont think i will be upgrading it to be honest as i just need it running for now :P.

A mate of mine had a k6 a while back that snapped in half after landing a wheelie heavily because he is a idiot, he might not of been here today if it wasnt the loom holding the bike together while he stopped, that got replaced under warrenty when it was about 6 months old :O

Its possible that the gear linkages may not of been attached properly when the clutch was fitted. You will probably be able to see by poping up the bonnet if you no what you are looking for.
