I can tell you the ring one has auto shut off and it works very well. It can also pump a Berlingo tyre up from dead flat in about 5 mins or maybe less as I wasn't timing it.
I tried F1TV via VPN last year and it was a faff because I had trouble paying due to my card not being from the country I was subscribing in. It did work eventually in the Netherlands despite not seeming to work and getting warnings about no support and no refunds. Plus running a VPN on the...
I've got one of these myself and I really like it. Pumped a totally flat van tyre up in about 4 mins and got me to work so I could just get on and sort the tyre out later. I quite often get given a vehicle to use which has a tyre that's low due to slow puncture and this lets me just sort it out...
Interesting. In development since 2011 so it's definitely not being rushed out! It looks a bit 2005 in the graphics but I'm still intrigued by the idea of it.
I had a quick read of the VR section and they seem to say that Nvidia cards are much better for VR with a quest so I'm going to forget those AMD cards.
That's true but what if you have the house to yourself and don't have to worry about neighbours? Surely you would have full 5.1 instead of headphones? I have good headphones but I don't want to wear them all the time.
I'm not seeing a lot of 5.1 setups here. When I played Planetside (the first one) and Battlefield games, having 5.1 positional audio gave you an edge in combat as it really worked in those games. It doesn't seem to be among the sound settings for recent games so is it just not a thing any more?
I'm still using an old GTX960 and I've been hoping to get a better card to do PC VR including ED with my quest 2. I've been watching FE Part alert and I saw 3070FE listed but they all went so quick I had no chance! I've noticed that there is some stock of ATI cards now and the prices don't seem...
Is the game worth getting? I've read some positive reviews. Also, it seems to be £7.99 on humble bundle but that might only be on steam and not direct on the quest. https://www.humblebundle.com/store/racket-nx
I can't imagine enjoying those ***** that come down from the ceiling in HL being any fun. Or the tiny jumping facehuggers. I hated those in normal let alone anything else.
Well that made me just never want a pair of active speakers! Audible hiss from a hifi would make me feel like I'm back in the 90s. Maybe they should throw in some 50hz mains hum for a full retro experience!
