First of all define, "all core 6GHz". Is that for a single benchmark run or for 24/7 operation?
Unless you define that point then the statement is totally meaningless.
A custom loop isn't a magic bullet, it only defers the time until the cooling system reaches saturation if you are running the...
I know for a fact that Robert Hallock is full of it all you need to do is watch this video:

You didn't really bother to read what I had posted, did you? (Rhetorical question).
If you had read what I posted then you would have seen that I wrote...
My 3950X runs stably at 4.3 GHz at 1.29375 Volts with SMT On (16C/32T) and at 4.4 GHz at 1.3 Volts with SMT Off (16C/16T).
I have created two profiles, one for SMT On and one for SMT Off and switching between them means one reboot.
Most of the stuff I do, I don't need the 32 Threads, although...
Pretty much, because I remember reading back in the day (before the AMD Marketdroids decided that they needed to be able to tout the GHz and didn't really give a toss how much voltage had to be punted in to achieve it) that TSMC - you know the guys who actually created the 7nm node - stated that...
I posted this in another thread, but having read a lot of posts here about the Ryzen 3000 series of CPUs and thought that I should post my months long experience and experimentation with this series of CPUs in a thread of its own.
Here is a very short guide to configuring your Ryzen 3000 Series...
If you are mainly gaming on a 3900X then by turning SMT Off and running it as a straight 12C/12T CPU you will be able to get 100 MHz more performance per core out of it for the same voltage.
I have been experimenting with my Ryzen 3000 system for the past five months, first of all with my Ryzen 5 3600X and for about the past week with my Ryzen 9 3950X.
The motherboard I am using is the GigaByte X570 AURUS XTREME.
