ooo yea, your PSU is just too low im afraid :( you try running a card like the ones you want will kill your psu within a few weeks :( also as its a DELL system you may find it bloody difficult to find a PSU upgrade as they use propriatory parts in order to make sure you only buy from dell, and...

just curious, i installed a new board the other day and didnt reinstall windows, i did however uninstall the old boards driver set and install all the nforce stuff but i am getting a slight artefacting during gameplay and 2D video playback, now im running ATI traytools on a scan for artefacts...
