i'd add a stop valve or some way to drain the loop,remember you'll need some more connectors if you do decide to add a drain port.

its more about the distro plate covering the gpu screws

Check to see if you can remove your gpu with the distro plate there if you like to change gpu's. I have the same distro plate and it stops me removing the gpu without draining down and disassembly of the loop. Something worth investigating before using it if its gonna become a hindrance
