As far as I know auto-overclock tools are generally not great, if you really want to overclock you're better off reading up on it and doing it manually. Should not be having issues with a D15

It's a network issue, are you using wifi? Probably just a coincidence that it started happening with a new monitor but could be causing some interference with the wifi signal

Windows will still work but you may need to reactivate it as the license is usually tied to the motherboard if it's not linked to your Microsoft account. Personally would do a clean install when changing platform but not generally necessary

OLED has much better response time so you are going to get better clarity and less blur with motion. This by no means negates the need for high refresh rates though, 120hz is going to be much smoother/responsive than 60hz no matter what screen tech it is. Looking forward to microled displays so...
