Update:
Okay so after a month and 10 days ... I've been through the following. Waited 4 weeks for my build to be done, and sent it back to them due to the freezing issues with my new build that Overclockers built. They did numerous tests on the pc, and replaced the PSU and the Motherboard...
Update:
Unfortunately it's still crashing. I think it's a broken watercooling pump, as it's fine for about 5 hours then starts freezing. Although checking temperatures everything looks fine, so meh.
Going to have to send it back. Very frustrating seeing as I only got it new on Monday after 4...
Update:
So far so good. It hasn't crashed on me. Pretty sure it was an overheating problem. Turning the fans up, and sticking a big fan at the back of it blowing cold air seems to have done the trick!
Do you think I should let Overclockers know that the build that I ordered, didn't have...
Okay so here is an update:
I spoke with Overclockers, and we started by eliminating things. Hard drive etc. Got to the graphics card and I took it out, and it was still crashing... so not the graphics card. Power unit is brand new can't imagine its that. Then disaster strikes... the pc isn't...
I only play CSGO, so haven't tried it on other games. I've followed a guide on CS:GO - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XRQ
Going to see if this has helped. Will report back shortly to update.
