4090 barely loses around 5% perf until you go lower than 70% PL ( in games ). so in other words, almost same perf for way lower temps/power. And still way ahead of a 4080.

The peace of mind i got out of this gpu has been incredible. Never had this feeling with any of the previous cards i owned.

Sony was also working on a proprietary super res + frame gen werent they? So they could get rid of AMD’s crappy FSR. Playing FF XVI on ps5 is giving me headaches even in ‘graphics’ mode because of how ****** the image quality is ‘thanks’ to FSR. Also doubt MS will kill anything considering...

That’s great and all but… i’d love some new exciting news regarding DLSS or any other new AI tech being implemented. Maybe something like those AI filters that can simulate another visual artstyle in realtime or something. That would be nice

Wrong. You’d have FSR FG just as good as DLSSFG then. Which is not the case. Just like with every amd vs nv feature, amd’s is the ‘we have x at home’ one. DLSSFG is would have been either a) not generating enough frames to matter because of the overhead b) ridden with artifacting to make it fast...

It’s the usual VERY LOUD and annoying vocal minority. You can see it everywhere in every facet of our society.

Christ. DLSS3 FG does not work on anything else other than 4x series. DLSS upscaling works with FSR3 via that ‘mod’. It’s not DLSS3FG. Do people even read anymore?

Again this. You can enjoy the ******** frame gen version without pretending to know anything about how the 2 different versions work. Nvidia would only be lying if their superior version would run on any other card other than the 4x series. Which it does not, and still is superior. So no lies...

Would be nice, but you still have ray reconstruction which hasnt been tackled by neither of the other 2 atm and who knows what else by the time they do.
