What is the reason behind the Super Sunday KO times being mucked about with the past couple of weeks. You have to think the more casual viewer is going to be missing the first half.
The main thing is I've not found it hard and looking back I'm a bit annoyed I let myself get so big. The real test will be when I get to a weight I'm happy with to maintain it and not slip back
That makes a lot of sense and something I've not thought about. I think it's time to look at my diet. My goal is to get under 100kg and see how I look / feel and then make a decision on where to go next.
I would tend to agree. I am generally quite carb heavy but I'm a traditional yorkshire man meat and 2 veg sorta guy. Sandwich for lunch, bag of crisps here and there.
I have no idea - probably something I should start tracking but feels like such a chore to be honest. Ive tried the odd week cutting out bread (I love bread) and those weeks have been really hard, I felt completely wiped out half way through.
I absolutely love my SM9's. Got them back in 2022 in Jet Black and worried about them wearing but to be honest there heavily used and still in very good condition.
Got a bit of good news from the Tax Man today so I've treated myself to a new carry back...
I've hit a bit of a plateau since Christmas. 125kg to 105kg (May to Dec) was nice and steady last year but I can't seem to move much below 105kg. Physically I don't really have any time left in the week to do more so looking on advice to shake it up maybe?
Currently fasting 6 days a week 16...
My Cat (Maine ****) is nearly 8 and I still find it hilarious/very annoying that whenever he sees the bottom of his food bowl no matter how much food he has left around the side he let's me know. I mean he follows me around the house like I owe him money. Or if it happens in the middle of the...
Okay so a bit of background. Myself and my wife set up a company at the end of last year. I was made redundant in December (I knew this was coming) so I've changed careers and have used the redundancy money as a wage up until this point. My wife is currently doing work for our company alongside...
A nice smooth 7 for me is 150 yards maybe a touch longer in the warmth of summer. I can push it to 160 but that brings the risk of a bad one coming in to it.
You didn't see me playing towards the end of summer you'd have been throwing extra shots at me. Big reset and 8 lessons so far through a hard working winter and I'm reaping the rewards now.
Well first competition of the year completed and won! 41 points on the 17 holes secured me victory. That's 2 from 2 as I won the 3 club challenge on Boxing Day. Subplot twist as even though the comp was Stableford and not qualifying for handicap purposes the Club Secretary has made a manual...
My first memory there was going with school. Teacher was knocked out by a windsurf. Had about 3 month of work.
I ended up working at the Swan and Cygnet on the roundabout on my gap year.
First competition of the year tomorrow. Stableford format (none counting). Let's see if we can start the year off as we mean to go on. It was presentation evening last week and got my hands on my first proper trophy.
