Garage conversion and bungalow layout change

Only other thing I would say is that if you can wait then do, there's currently a building rush which means both high prices and low quality work. £50k may buy you more in the future if you're willing to wait.

Photovoltaic is good, and with modern tech works even in cloudy weather and under snow. It is most likely your existing ones are within this range. A couple of small issues you should be aware of is that algae love growing on them and can interfere with solar collection and that the weight of...

Garage conversion and bungalow layout change

I have recently come across 2 efficient methods of heating that can be underfloor if desired. They may be worth having a look at as the energy to heat ratio is far better than a traditional boiler + underfloor piping. Grapheme sheet heating. - A sheet of graphene lives below the surface of a...

I've fixed a number of screens on older models in the past. It's still very doable if you're keen on doing it yourself. https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/iPhone+XS+Max+Screen+Replacement/113866

average, it's a Defined Benefit Pension Plan so about as basic as you can get from my understanding. Employer contributes 5%. I'm also not keen that it's locked away til 65 unless I 'purchase Buy out' but maybe I'm just out of touch.

    Planning for Retirement

I'm so new to this but no-one's been able to explain what I should do instead as a better option. Reading through different websites seems to help but not as much as I'd like. Would it then be wise to contribute to the pension monthly, receive the employers contribution and then next month take...

It's uglier but I found another here. May be able to get VAT off as it's for work. I'm only just learning how VAT etc works though. https://www.brothersofficefurniture.co.uk/d-url-steelcase-please-v2-operators-chair.html

    27. Maximising my payments into my stocks and shares LISA for now. With 0 going into a work place pension. I'd prefer to manage it myself but have been told that's stupid before. I was lucky enough to have some financially wise friends who prompted me to get started at 26. I know of some people...

You've put into words what I was thinking. The retail in-out seems pretty correlated with bull and bear movement. Cause or effect I'm not sure, but it looks like a pretty good indicator from my perspective.

I've found in general that I find seats uncomfortable that most think are really comfy but I have a pretty weird back so I put it down to that. As you say, I need to sit in them and find out. Got my first good chair after sitting in my house mates DX Racer whenever he was out.

As far as I'm aware the money printer going brrr in the US was to inflate in an effort to flight deflation. I think a correction is coming because of the pretty subjective flags i've seen. -Huge increase in retail investors -Long bull market -over inflated companies e.g. TSLA -China v India...
