If you have proof that it was shipped before 31st, then you won't have to pay tax. Even if it gets delivered after 31.

Let s hope the tuf non-oc will arrive early next week and be shipped before 31 of December

Any ideas what will happen if the delivery address is in Europe and the card arrives after 31st? Did you get any updates from DHL on this?
