I was at stock so 100% power limit, I've now settled for 60% power limit with +850 overclock on the memory. This gets me about 72M while still keeping the memory below 100 degrees, I have a EKWB 3090FE block on order so eventually will try it out with the active backplate.

Put the legs 250-300mm in from the edges and you should be ok i think, 1.4m span in between them shouldnt sag over time if its decent worktop. Jaybee's suggestions would add peace of mind though, especially if your monitor is heavy.

Always going to be an issue with the higher power custom cards with standard tri fan design i think, as above you need to up the case air flow to compensate. At least with the FE a good chunk of the heat is being expelled out back of the case

I work from home with a 35" ultrawide 1440p and while its great, UW doesn't even come close to replacing multi monitor for easy window mangement. I still use a second 27" monitor and would be lost without it, I don't think the extra width on even bigger monitors would make any difference here...
